Does this “chelated creatine” increase absorption?

I’ve experienced water retention in the past. Will I still have to deal with that problem?

Absolutely not! Typical creatine monohydrate goes through a process called cyclization, which converts up to 40% of creatine to creatinine, a waste product. Chelated creatine bypasses cyclization, therefore dramatically increasing absorption into the muscle cell.
